About
Coming from a diverse career path including software engineering, sustainable agriculture and business consulting, I was in my early forties when I suddenly, and for no apparent reason began to dream heavily. Most of my dreams were vivid and sometimes otherworldly (transpersonal) with seemingly no or little value or connection to this outer world/reality that we live in.
With this new phenomenon in my life, I did what every curious person should do; I asked myself why this had started happening to me. After searching many paths to understand why we dream, I found the writings of Carl Jung. Jung spent his whole adult life studying the inner-world and discovered that dreams were vital for our own spiritual & conscious development. Over time through his studies of symbolism, he came to forge an understanding of the symbolic language of dreams and through this understanding, he discovered that dreams are vital messaging from the deeper transcendent aspect of ourselves, our Soul or Higher Self.
From that point onward, I began to understand some of the narratives and symbols that were contained within my dreams. I began studying Jungian Psychology with the aim of becoming a Jungian Analyst and Psychologist. Those plans changed however because of the clear guidance being offered to me in my dreams. That guidance over the years has led me to devote myself to the study not just Jungian Psychology, but also many interrelated fields including mythology (particularly Egyptian, Greek and Norse), Gnosticism, alchemy and quantum physics, which has revealed much about the profound nature of the universe as well as our own minds. I have also studied Object Relations & Relational Psychology which offer profound insights on how to overcome past difficulties/limitations in our lives including trauma in its many forms.
I have worked as a dream guide and interpreter for over 10 years. I see dreamwork as an immense privilege and responsibility. Helping people understand their dreams and from that, forge a stronger connection with their deeper Self, their Soul, is sacred work and that is how I approach all of my sessions.
Below is a map of the main pages on my website. These pages aim to introduce important areas of Spiritually Guided Dreamwork including:
Spiritual & Jungian Psychology which form the foundations of how I work with and interpret dreams.
The importance of understanding the dreams symbols and themes that appear universally in people’s dreams.
The dreaming environments that I regularly work with. This is covered in the ‘Who I Work With’ section.
